Here is a list of normal expenses:

Some places tie in the room fee with the cost of the dinner. Depending on how many reservations you get, it's cheaper to pay for the room and meal separate. The above figures are an approximation and will change with the number of guests. You should expect at least 125 people (depending on you original class size) minimum and use that to set a ticket price. You'll need to add for unknown expenses and to help start the next reunion unless you already have money. There are many ways to save on individual expenses.
